Summertime fine means lots of breezy material and loose fitting clothes. Last month when I was browsing on Plan de Ville for some Ellery, I came across a new designer, Gayeon Lee. I’m always on the hunt for new designers and brands to keep me on my toes, and I’ve become obsessed behind the talent at Gayeon Lee. Just one look at the impeccable detail on the shirt and I’m sure that you’re just as sold as I am.
I’ve never been one for graphic T’s or sweats (although I do admit that sometimes a comfy sweater does get me), so fun details such as these architectural folds really speak to me. They also strike a chord with my nostalgia and really bring me back to my childhood when I was obsessed with origami. Except now I’ve graduated to folding clothes instead of folding paper. If only folding laundry was just as fun as this top.
