Happy Tuesday! Can you believe that we’re already midway through December and there’s not a lick of snow in sight? Added to the fact that I can easily walk about without a jacket on and you’d probably assume that a day like today is just a chillier summer.
Most people rotate through a summer and winter wardrobe. But me, I like to keep year long set of clothes that can be adjusted by adding or taking away a couple of extra layers.
With the 10+ degree weather that we’ve been experiencing this past month, it’s been difficult for me to resist continously wearing my summer clothes. But even though the high of the day may be 10 degrees, I still need to account for the winter breeze that most likely brings it down to a balmy 5.
To compensate for the coldness, I’ve been layering my cardigans underneath all of my jackets for that little extra warmth. I guess you could say I’m having quite a summery winter!
But even though I’m loving this weather at the moment, I’m also silently wishing that it’ll snow soon. That way I can finally break out the winter jackets that I picked up during Black Friday. I need to justify purchasing them afterall!
