I’ve been searching for the perfect bomber jacket for the longest time ever and finally landed on my dream one. I was planning out my monthly Bench. purchases by browsing their pieces online and noticed that their newest collection with Jess Glynne just recently dropped. I’m a huge Jess Glynne fan (this time last year you would probably have heard me singing Rather Be nonstop) and was absolutely stoked when she became their brand ambassador a couple months back. So finding out that she had created a capsule collection with the brand was music to my ears.
Designed with a gold and black colour palette, the whole collection really resonates Jess Glynne with its loud and statement silhouettes and designs. But loud doesn’t necessarily mean non-versatile. These bold statement pieces actually translate really well for everyday wear and are ridiculously comfortable. I had only meant to pick up one piece this month but after viewing the collection online, I knew that I’d be scooping up a couple.
From her capsule collection specifically, I managed to snag this black bomber jacket as well as a Brandy Melville approved jumpsuit that’s ridiculously soft. If there’s anything that I love more than comfortable clothes, it’s soft clothes. Soft clothes are the equivalent to heaven for my eczema skin. For anyone that loves music and fashion (and Jess Glynne obviously), the collection is the epitome of the two perfectly merged together. Fingers crossed that the weather warms up soon so that I can start wearing the jumpsuit!
